Our Projects
We work alongside individuals, families and communities to share lived experience and preserve voices that matter.
Our projects include oral histories, workshops, screenings and cultural initiatives that strengthen connection and honour storytellers with dignity.
How We Work
Community Led
We collaborate with participants, families and partners to share stories safely and respectfully.
Trauma-informed
Storytellers retain agency at every stage, including consent, editing and withdrawal.
Intergenerational
Projects bridge elders and younger generations, safeguarding memory and cultural continuity.
Cultural Respect
We listen to each community and tailor our approach to honour their traditions and culture.

Crossing the Pacific
A multi-year oral history initiative documenting the lives of Chilean refugees, activists and Australian allies who rebuilt their futures after the 1973 military coup.
Interviews explore memory, belonging, displacement, trauma, solidarity and community resilience.
The project includes elders, union leaders, advocates, and Australians who supported Chilean families upon arrival.

Veterans & Service Histories
Oral histories that honour the lived experience of ANZAC veterans and others who served their communities.
We record memories of service, sacrifice, identity and post-service life, ensuring these stories remain accessible to future generations.

Summertime Serenades
(2021–2022)
During COVID restrictions, we brought live music to vulnerable communities and elders in isolation.
Musicians shared songs, stories and memories, creating moments of connection, joy and cultural belonging.
These intimate gatherings reminded participants that they were seen, valued and not forgotten.
